| Platinum Description- Platinum by Bella Macchina begins with an absolute thorough cleansing of all the vehicles surface, which are then conditioned and beautified ensuring long lasting protection and brilliance. First the paint work is carefully bathed using pH neutral soap and extremely pure de-ionized water. Harmful (often acidic) environmental contamination is removed using a three stage decontamination wash. Polybutene resin clay is used to hand rub the paint to an unbelievable smoothness. Paint work in the door shuts, hinges, and various jambs are all given the same detoxification and detailing treatment. Once throughly decontaminated, the paint receives a machine applied cleanser which prepares the surface to accept various polymer and carnauba wax treatments. All rubber, plastic, and composite trim is painstakingly cleaned, conditioned, and treated with specific UV block. Metal and bright work is hand or machined polished to a brilliant luster and protected with polymeric sealants. The wheels are painstakingly detailed (particular designs will require wheel removal) with pH neutral gel and cleansed with natural citrus based cleaners, before being hand polished and sealed (process used is dependent on the finish of the wheel). The tires rubber is throughly cleaned using a non alkaline cleaner and treated with water based polymeric dressings, designed to add beautify and block harmful UV ray damage. The suspension components, braking system, and wheel compartments are thoroughly cleaned and protected with appropriate dressings and sealants. The exterior and interior glass is decontaminated, cleansed and layered using state of the art German Polymer sealants that prevent UV rays from damaging the delicate leather hides of the interior and promotes water sheet. The various materials of the interior are gently cleansed with appropriate and carefully selected cleansing lotions and dressed with natural finish UV block and conditioner. The leather hides are deep treated with a hand applied collegian oil to float out penetrating acidic body oils and dirt and restore the original scent and suppleness. Fabrics and carpeting are carefully vacuumed, shampooed, and extracted, then treated to a stain resistant hydrophobic guard that removes moisture (and associated rotting) and protects against it. The motor and engine bay as well as the trunk are detailed in the same manner. Factory leather luggage, available on most fine vehicles, is cleansed and conditioned as well. Common Applications- Platinum by Bella Macchina is popular amongst show car owners and automobiles that are infrequently driven but rather viewed as art. It is an extremely high standard of care. Platinum by Bella Macchina is often used as a yearly maintenance detail by our clients who have our exclusive Bella Firma treatment done to maintain the gloss and protection. This service has gained favor with owners of brand new cars or with Ferrari owners who have taken delivery of their 'new', low mileage Ferrari. Restrictions- Platinum by Bella Macchina is a flagship standard and as such automobiles that have gloss robbing micro damage or macroscopic swirl marks may not be subject to this service until the paint has been brought back to standard using our paint enhancement processes. This service can only be applied to paint which is in a minimum of gold standard. Expected Duration of Initial Treatment: 10-14 hours + Expected Price Range of Initial Treatment: $800.00- $1,200.00+ US Gold Description- Gold by Bella Macchina is perfect for local show competitors and frequently enjoyed automobiles that deserve the same level of care and passion that Bella Macchina delivers. The paint is bathed in a pH perfect soap and gently rubbed smooth with decontamination clay. Several layers of high grade natural carnauba wax or synthetic German polymers are applied to seal in the protection and enhance the appearance of the paint. All trim, plastic, and composites are cleaned and conditioned to prevent sun damage and drying. The door shuts and hinges are cleaned and conditioned. The wheels are throughly cleaned and decontaminated using the gentlest organic gels and sealed. In general the wheels are not removed from the vehicle. The interior is appropriately cleaned and protected with the same care as the exterior with a goal towards the preservation of the leather hides and other aging materials. Common Applications- Gold by Bella Macchina is our most popular package and is perfect when used on automobiles which are enjoyed on occasion or see weekend use. This standard represents a very high level of care and the time invested is more proportional to the most visible areas of the vehicle to improve their appearance and ensure their preservation. While areas like the undercarriage and suspension are thoroughly cleaned, they are not detailed to concours level as they are areas quickly soiled under frequent use. A Gold Standard treatment is most frequently applied in combination with Bella Macchina's Gold standard paint enhancement to create a show piece that is for everybody from a company that isn't. transferring acidic human body oils) the interior surfaces starts the aging While Bella Macchina's exterior detailing and paint
correction standards have earned Todd Helme world wide fame and recognition, it is the interior that often requires the most
care to prevent aging. As such Todd Helme offers his interior services separate to ensure that the interior of your automobile
is well kept and perfectly preserved.
Platinum, interior only- The goal and focus of our Platinum standard is to restore and beautifyall surfaces of the interior to
better then factory standard. The leather is detoxified using a two stage system where collegian and
natural cleansing oils are hand rubbed into the thickness of the hides. This neutralizes human body
oils and safely floats grime and dirt to the surface. Over six to eight hours these oils are expelled then
wiped clean with a conditioning cleaner that leaves the hide completely conditioned and clean. All
plastic, rubber, and vinyl is carefully cleaned with appropriate cleansers, then conditioned and
protected. All interior metal and bright work is hand polished and sealed for maximum reflection and
depth. Interior carbon fiber is polished, sealed, and waxed with same care as the exterior paint work.
Carpet and fabric is thoroughly vacuumed and shampooed, then extracted. A hydrophobic, stain
resistant guard is applied to all fabric to prevent moisture retention and associated fabric rot. Vents,
fuse panels, under the dash, bolts, and trim are all detailed to concours level.

preserve the current nature of the hide). Silver standard makes a perfect preservative treatment for
between Platinum and Gold standard treatments as well as a perfect treatment for those who wish to
have their cockpit particularly clean and perfectly preserved.

Engine Standards and Treatments
Both the Gold and Platinum standard complete (interior/exterior) package feature an engine cleaning, in which noticeable
engine grime and dirt are removed, plastic and rubber surfaces are treated, and metal and bright work is lightly polished. This
service is available on Silver standard complete service or separately.
Platinum, engine only- Concours Standard. This is an extremely thorough reconditioning of the engine and engine bay of an
automobile. This service is for concours preparation or for the most discriminating client. First the
engine is thoroughly cleaned, using de-ionized steam. All metal and bright work is carefully removed,
if applicable, and refinished to perfection. All bolts, springs, and removable items are carefully
removed, cataloged, and polished to a new, mirror brilliance. All rubber and vinyl and plastic is
thoroughly cleaned, conditioned, and protected with natural UV block for a new, concours finish.
Worn areas such as carburetor covers may be removed and repainted if necessary. Any exterior
paint on jambs or the firewall is treated to the same standard as the Bella Macchina Platinum
standard for paint work. Because of the wide variety of engine designs, from the six-two throat
Weber carburetors of a classic twelve cylinder, to the modern carbon fiber composite pieces of the
newest engines, along with their varied conditions makes any assumption on time or expense with out
a thorough inspection extremely inaccurate. All work is billed at the standard $80.00 US/man hour.

Wheel Removal + Sealant- (Included on Platinum Standard) Brake dust is the metallic and organic remains of the friction
material used to stop your automobile. It is extremely corrosive and can quickly damage and etch the
factory coating on an automobiles' wheel quickly. The wheels are removed, cleaned, and then
decontaminated using a combination of organic, pH balanced gels and natural citrus cleaners. The
surface of the wheel is worked smooth and perfectly clean by using detailers clay, removing
impurities. The wheel's are then sealed multiple coats with a polymeric heat-resistant sealant-wax
originally designed to protect NASA's space shuttle. The barrels, spokes, and lips are completely
protected. The result is a wheel that is as highly polished as the paint but a wheel that also has a
layerable armor against the tough factors that act to age it. A properly sealed and detailed wheel
also is much easier to clean as the magnetic charge that actually attracts the dust to the wheel and
causes it to 'bond' is eliminated.
In addition the wheel arch, brake caliper, hub, and visible suspension components are thoroughly
cleaned, conditioned and detailed. Only the highest quality products and experience proven
methods are used to ensure this service is 100% safe for carbon ceramic breaking systems (no
silicones are used) and that each wheel surface is properly treated (aluminum, chrome, steel,
carbon fiber, clear coated and powder coated). When operating mobile this service may not be
available depending on logistical factors. In general it takes an average of an additional two hours to
remove, cleanse, and seal all of the wheels.
